Careers
Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School has a dedicated Careers Portal that provides students and parents with a wealth of information, from how to apply for a tax file number, to what is required for WACE and employment opportunities. Please explore the portal. Student can also visit the MyFuture website to gain greater insight into the different career paths available and pathways to different industries. Students need to create an account using their School email address to register.
The School employs a Careers and VET Co-ordinator who is available to meet with students and parents to discuss study and employment options available. Please email Mrs Jenelle Commisso to arrange a meeting.
Careers Program
All students will complete a Career Education program in Year 10 along with two opportunities for work experience.
Vocational Education and Training (VET)
Students in the senior Secondary School have access to a variety of nationally recognised VET courses from Certificate I to Certificate IV. All TAFE VET in School courses are available to our students along with courses from the Regional Trade Training Centre.
Regional employers hold graduates from Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School in very high regard and our students are often sought after for apprenticeships and traineeships after completing Year 12.
