When the centre is fully operational in 2025, we will welcome children from 12 months to 5 years for long day care.

From 22 July 2024, we will enrol a limited number of children from 3 to 5 years old for long day care, with a second dedicated Little Grammies class being provided on Wednesdays and Fridays. To enrol in either of these programs please complete the online enrolment form.

Families can enrol by completing the online Enrolment Form.

Once the Centre Director has received the form, families will be contacted to confirm if a place is available on nominated days and to complete the enrolment process. 

Yes, Before and After School Care will be provided by the Centre. Families attending the current service will be contacted to complete a new enrolment form, to confirm their place under the new Education and Care license.

Before and After School Care will be offered from 7.00am to 8.45am and 3.00pm to 6.00pm

The centre will offer long day care from 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Families can select the number of days of attendance, with casual bookings available for all permanent enrolments. (*minimum of one permanent booking per week to be eligible)

Both full-time and part-time options will be available.

The centre will be an approved child care centre and the Child Care Subsidy is available for parents to claim depending on their circumstances, including the four-year-old sessional kindergarten program. Please check with Services Australia to determine your family’s individual eligibility.

Our educators will hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, regularly undergo additional training, and have the necessary certifications in first aid and child safety. We maintain a continuous learning program to ensure all staff are kept up to date on dietary, allergenic, cultural, and medical needs of our centre community.

Fees

Koolangka Learning (full day care, 12 months* to 5 years old) $155 (daily fee 7.00am to 6.00pm) *Children from 12 months old accepted from 2025.

Daily fee includes nappies and all meals (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack)

Little Grammies (3-year-old program) $80 (daily fee 8.45am to 3.00pm; two days per week; School Terms only)

Morning tea provided

Kindergarten (4-year-old) $50 (daily fee 8.30am to 3.20pm; 4 days per week; School Terms only)

This is a school preparation class, students bring their own recess and lunch

Outside of School Hours Care:

Before School (7.00am to 8.45am, Grammar students only) $27

Breakfast available between 7.00am and 8.00am

After School (3.00pm to 6.00pm, Grammar students only) $36

Afternoon tea and late snack provided

Vacation Care (7.00am to 6.00pm, Term breaks only, open to community) $90 (with additional fees for excursions)
