Since opening in 1972, sport has played a part in bringing our community together. Our students represent the School in local competitions, Interschool events, and as part of State teams. Many of our alumni have competed at an elite level in their sport.
The School invites applications from students currently competing in regional representative teams, state or national level. Sport Scholarships are open for new and current students entering Year 7 to 11. Note that preference is given to new students, with current students who are achieving at state or national levels in their chosen sport encouraged to apply. The Scholarship will cover 20% to 50% of the applicable tuition fee and will be for the duration of the student’s enrolment at the School.
Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong sporting ability in one or more sports, with selection in representative teams (Regional, State, National or equivalent)
- Demonstrate consistent and sound academic achievement
- Commitment to represent the School in a nominated sporting area; where a School team competes in a local competition (Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, Girls Football, Netball) students will be expected to play for a School team
- Demonstrate positive character and conduct
How to apply
Applicants are required to complete the nomination form below and submit the following documentation
- Copy of most recent School Reports
- Birth Certificate
- Reference from Sport coach, outlining commitment to nominated sport
- Evidence of selection for representative side

Interview and Selection
Students who have been shortlisted will be invited to a panel interview with the Head of School, Head of Secondary and Head of Faculty – Health and Physical Education, as well as a Board Representative.
